International orders are shipped express from Bali, Indonesia with DHL Express or EMS International or Fedex.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.
Delivery takes approx 3-10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times during holidays and to remote areas may take a little longer.
For a smooth delivery process, please add a local phone number to your order. For example; for a USA delivery, add a USA phone number.
If you need your order by a certain date, please add a note to your order to advise the date you need it by. Alternatively, you may email us your full address and the expected delivery date to email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If there are any delays to your order dispatch, our Customer Service Team will inform you via email. Please make sure you add an active email address or WhatsApp number to your order.
You will receive an automated email with tracking number once your order is dispatched. This email may go to your junk mail / spam folder.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is NOT possible to edit or cancel your order.
If you choose to release the Signature option on your delivery and instruct DHL to leave a parcel unattended, we are not responsible for a lost/stolen parcel.
If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact your local delivery office as soon as possible to report the issue.
Please double check the delivery address, phone number and email address details on your order and make sure that someone will be a home to receive your parcel (especially if you will be out of town).
Flook does not accept undelivered parcels back to Bali due to complicated Indonesian import regulations. Please email us to request a Return.
Domestic Shipping in Indonesia
Free Shipping on all domestic orders to Bali and the rest of Indonesia.
Simply add an Indonesian address to the Shipping address field for automatic Free Shipping.

Lost / Stolen Shipments
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or stolen, we require you, the customer, to lodge an investigation via DHL and we will also do the same from our end.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels that were delivered while you were on vacation. You are responsible for making sure that someone is home to receive your parcel or for arranging an alternative delivery option in your absence.
We will endeavour to replace your item once the investigation is complete and if we cannot replace the item we will offer you a store credit.
We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items.
We hope that you love your FLOOK purchases, however, if you change your mind, we will happily issue a refund or store credit for non-Sale items.
Returns must be requested by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our Returns departments are located in USA & UK - return shipping to your closest Returns department is at the customer expense.
Sale items may be returned for store credit only. An item that is reduced in price on our website is considered a Sale item.
Final Sale items may not be returned for refund or store credit - these items are reduced to clear.
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit.
Refunds are usually paid within 7-10 business days of receiving item back in saleable condition.
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 10 business days.
Please keep proof of postage and tracking on all returns.
Note: We do not offer refunds for Sale items or items purchased during an online Sale.
Faulty or Missing Items
All Flook garments are hand made by local artisans in Bali using skills passed down through generations so every piece is completely unique.
Each piece is thoroughly checked by our perfectionist Quality Control team before packing and shipping.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, we require video proof that it arrived damaged. To register your complaint, please email us within 48hrs of delivery at email@example.com with a video of you opening your parcel.
Please note that damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty.
In the unlikely event that you are missing an item in your parcel, we require video proof of you opening your parcel to find an item missing. To register your complaint, please email us within 48hrs of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org

Due to the delicate nature of our yarns and fabrics, we recommend taking extra care when storing and wearing. Please avoid rough surfaces and sharp objects, such as jewellery and chipped finger nails.
