How can I pay by Credit Card - I don't have a Paypal account?

You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.

Step 1: at the checkout, click 'PayPal'

Step 2: click 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card'

 

Which currency are Flook prices set to?

Our website currency is set to USD.

Please use www.xe.com to convert prices to your own currency. 

 

Is Import tax included in my order?

Import tax is not included in your Flook purchase.

Your local tax department will calculate and collect any import taxes payable on your shipment.

If you have questions, we suggest you contact your local tax department, as each country has different regulation and charges.

 

Do you offer complimentary delivery in Bali?

We offer a complimentary delivery service within Bali. 

We offer same day Bali delivery depending on location.

For online orders, simply add your Bali address as the Shipping address for free shipping.

Does Flook have a retail shop in Bali?

Flook The Label is an online retail merchant and does not have a physical store in Bali.

However, we do offer a complimentary concierge service for our Bali customers to try various styles and sizes - available in Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Denpasar areas only.

How should I wash my Flook garments?

Due to the hand-made nature of our garments, we recommend you hand wash Flook garments in cold water only.

For knitted & crochet styles, we recommend you lay your garment flat to dry. Do not hang on hanger to dry, as this can cause the garment to stretch.

Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

  

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

You will receive an automated email with tracking number once your order is dispatched.

 

Tracking shows my order was delivered, but I did not receive it?

Please contact your local DHL office immediately to report this. They will investigate and solve this problem quickly.

A missing parcel claim must be reported and confirmed to DHL by the consignee (you).

If DHL are still unable to locate your parcel, please email us at orders@flookthelabel.com.

 

I placed my order, but did not receive an order confirmation or shipment update?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking number from orders@flookthlabel.com.

If you did not receive this email, please check your junk / spam folder. 

Please note: if you place an order over the weekend, we will dispatch on Monday.
