International orders are shipped by registered post this will be added to your order during the checkout process. All orders are dispatched within 5 -7 business days (unless stated on product information) and estimated delivery times are between 5-7 working days with DHL INTERNATIONAL after being dispatched.
EMS International is currently shipping packages between 7-10 days.

We would like to inform you due to regulations from UK Government in regards of moving goods within the UK you will need to provide us your EORI number so we can ship out your order.
You will need an EORI number to move goods between Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) or the Isle of Man, and other countries. You may also need a separate EORI number if you move goods to or from Northern Ireland.
If you do not have an EORI, you may have increased costs and delays. For example, if HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) cannot clear your goods you may have to pay storage fees.
If you already have an EORI number and it does not start with GB you will need to apply for a new one.

Unfortunately we can not be made accountable for any customs charges received in your country once the goods have been sent but we will do our best to avoid this where possible.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received, un-used in original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept any returns on bottoms and/or one pieces. If these conditions above are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 7 business days from the day you receive the goods for store credit. We do not refund shipping charges. When you return or exchange your order, you must cover shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for any lost items during the return shipping.

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items purchased online can be returned if they are in the condition that they were received. Please contact us to let us know which item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If you do not contact us before returning, you run the risk of not receiving your store credit. Store credit will be issued only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Swim & Intimates Returns
We are unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
When Will I Be Refunded?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
