Any items that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
All sale items are Final Sale, and are unable to be returned unless deemed faulty
For International returns, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed.

Faulty itemsAll our clothing is hand made by local artisans in Bali using skills passed down through generations so every piece is completely unique.

Garment CareDue to the hand-made nature of our garments we recommend hand wash only.
We recommend that knitted styles are to be laid flat and not hung on hangers as this can cause the garment to stretch.
