All orders are dispatched within 2 business days and estimated delivery times are between 2-3 days using DHL EXPRESS after being dispatched. Please note that Flook The Label are not responsible for any International tax and/or duties costs.
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. FLOOK does not cover any additional charges on the shipment.

Swimwear – customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If you wish to return an item, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place and the item will not be accepted if either of these have been removed or altered, or if the item shows signs of wear. You must also return in the bag you received your swimwear in if you are returning your entire swim order
Clothing - the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
We do not refund shipping charges. When you return or exchange your order, you must cover shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for any lost items during the return shipping.
