ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
During collection launches, promotions or holiday periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
International delivery times will depend on your location and customs clearance.

If there are delays with your order dispatch, our Customer Service Team will be in touch via email or WhatsApp.
For a smooth delivery process and to avoid unnecessary delays, please provide a local phone number for your delivery destination. For example, for a UK delivery, please provide a UK phone number.

All international orders, excluding Indonesian domestic orders, are shipped from our USA warehouse via trusted international courier partners. Indonesian domestic orders are fulfilled locally from our Bali warehouse.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, remote locations or peak shipping periods.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel throughout its journey.

SHIPPING TERMS & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes to the delivery address can be made.
For the fastest and most reliable delivery, we recommend providing a local phone number for the destination country.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to apply retrospective sale discount codes to your order.
If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact your local courier as soon as possible for assistance.
If you refuse delivery or choose not to pay applicable import charges, any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, return shipping costs or other charges incurred in returning the parcel to our USA warehouse may be deducted from your refund.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
FLOOK is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit or stolen from your doorstep or mailroom.
FLOOK is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that were delivered while you were at work or on vacation. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive your parcel or arranging an alternative delivery option in your absence.
If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier directly to begin an investigation.
