International Shipping

All orders are shipped express from Bali, Indonesia with DHL or Fedex. 

We dispatch daily Monday to Friday - orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Delivery takes approx 3-7 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

For a smooth delivery process, please add a local phone number to your order. For example; for a USA delivery, add a USA phone number.

If you need your order by a certain date, please add a NOTE to your order or email us with your expected delivery date to orders@flookthelabel.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

If there are any delays to your order, our Customer Service Team will inform you via email.

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. You will receive an automated email again when it is delivered.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is NOT possible to change or cancel your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is NOT possible to apply retrospective sale discount codes to your order.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact your local courier as soon as possible for assistance. 

 

Indonesia Shipping

We offer complimentary shipping in Indonesia - simply add an Indonesia Shipping address to your online order for free shipping.

Customs & Import taxes

Flook is NOT responsible for any import duties payable. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Import duties are calculated and collected by your local tax department. DHL will contact you to collect.

We have been notified by customers who are experiencing high customs charges on packages arriving to UK & Europe. Please shop wisely before you purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

UK allows tax-free imports up to £135

USA allows tax-free imports up to the value of USD800

Australia/NZ allows tax-free imports up to the value of AUD1,000

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on actual customs fees as each country has its own rules and regulation regarding importing goods. Please contact your local customs/tax office for more details.

 

Lost / Stolen Packages

Note: In any account that a package is lost in transit and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and we recommend that you follow up with the shipping courier to make a claim.
