Returns Policy

 

We hope that you love your FLOOK purchases, however, if you change your mind...

  • Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You may do so by signing in to your Flook Account or by email at orders@flookthelabel.com 
  • Our international Returns are located in USA & UK and return shipping is at the customer expense.  
  • For online Bali customers only, our Returns is located in Seminyak and returns must be requested within 24hrs of delivery.
  • Return items must be returned with Packing Slip and garment hangtags and be placed carefully in the Flook garment bag and be in a re-sellable condition.
  • Return items that have been worn, are damaged, have pulled threads, have strong perfume odours, are altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you subject to a re-shipping fee.
  • Swimwear & Intimates must be returned with tags and hygiene strips intact. Damaged hygiene strips will not be accepted.

 

TERMS FOR REFUNDS

  • Swimwear, Intimates & Belts may be returned for store credit only.
  • Jewelry may not be returned due to hygiene reasons
  • Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale & Promotion Event may be returned for store credit only
  • Final sale items (50-70% off) are priced to clear and not eligible for return.
  • Order shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We kindly ask you to consider these terms when placing an order.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
You may sign in to your Flook Account to request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Alternatively, you may email us at orders@flookthelabel.com within 14 days of delivery with the following details: 
  1. Your order number 
  2. List the items you wish to return 
  3. State the reason for your return 

 

SALE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • An item that is reduced in price on our website is considered a Sale or Final Sale item.
  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale & Promotion Event may be returned for store credit only

  • Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

  • Final Items (50-70% off) Items are priced to clear and not eligible for return. 'Final sale' is indicated on the product page.

 

REFUNDS TIMELINE

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 10 business days.

Refunds are processed directly back to the original payment method on your order.

Please keep proof of postage and tracking on all returns.

Store credits will be issued to your Flook account or as a discount code and are valid for 1 year.

Note: We do not offer refunds for Sale items, Swimwear and Accessories.

 

FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS

All Flook garments are hand made by local artisans in Bali using skills passed down through generations so every piece is completely unique.

Each piece is thoroughly checked by our perfectionist Quality Control team before packing and shipping and we have CCTV cameras at our Packing station.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, we require video proof that it arrived damaged. To register your complaint, please email us within 48hrs of delivery at orders@flookthelabel.com with a video of you opening your parcel.

Please note that damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty.
