Your local customs department will co-ordinate with the courier to calculate and collect any import duties payable on your shipment.

A missing parcel claim must be reported and confirmed to the courier by the consignee (you).

There are a number of ways to check the sheerness of Flook garment before purchasing:
1. You may click the DETAILS button on the product page. A style that is listed as 'semi-sheer’ is see-through / transparent.
2. You may check the product images on the website. If the underwear/bikini is visible, you will know it is sheer.
3. You may check our Instagram posts and stories. To see Instagram images of a particular style, go to the product page and scroll down to the 'Styled on Insta' section. Here you will find all our Instagram posts of this particular style and see what it looks like in real life on different models/influencers.
Due to the hand-made nature of our garments, we recommend you hand wash Flook garments in cold water only.
For knitted & crochet styles, we recommend you lay your garment flat to dry. Do not hang on hanger to dry, as this can cause the garment to stretch long and out of shape.
Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Once you place an order, you will receive an an automated Order Confirmation email from orders@flookthlabel.com.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number from orders@flookthlabel.com.
