USA SHIPPING 

USA orders are shipped USPS Priority from our California Warehouse. 

  • Free Shipping on orders over $250
  • Shipping $25 for orders below $250

We dispatch daily Monday to Friday - orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day.

USPS Priority Delivery can take between 1-4 days business depending on your location.

Order processing time can take up to 48 hours.

If you need your order by a certain date, please add a NOTE to your order or email us with your expected delivery date to orders@flookthelabel.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

You will receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. You will receive an automated email again when it is delivered.

 

NON-USA SHIPPING

All other international orders are shipped express from Bali, Indonesia with DHL or Fedex.

  • Shipping varies by country for orders below $250

Delivery takes approx 3-7 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

For a smooth delivery process, please add a local phone number to your order. For example; for a UK delivery, add a UK phone number.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

If there are delays with your order dispatch, our Customer Service Team will be in touch via email or WhatsApp.

 

IMPORT DUTIES

USA orders will be shipped from our USA warehouse, and will not be subject to import tariffs.

UK, Australia, New Zealand & Hong Kong orders include import duties. 

EU, Canada, Asia, Middle East, South America, Africa orders do not include import duties. Please contact us for options.
  • You, the importer, are responsible for payment of import taxes to EU, Canada, Asia, Middle East, South America, Africa.
  • Flook does not calculate or collect import duties.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm the actual customs fees as each country has its own rules and regulation regarding importing goods and these may change at any time. Please contact your local customs/tax office for more details.
  • Flook does not accept 'Return to Sender' shipments back to Bali due to complicated Indonesian import regulations. If you refuse to pay the duties and refuse your shipment, all import duties payable to receive the shipment back to Flook office in Indonesia will be deducted from any refund available.

 

SHIPPING TERMS

Once your order has been dispatched, it is NOT possible to change or cancel your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, it is NOT possible to apply retrospective sale discount codes to your order.

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact your local courier as soon as possible for assistance.

Flook does not accept undelivered shipments or 'Return to Sender' shipments back to Bali due to complicated Indonesian import regulations. Please email us to request a Return to our USA or UK warehouse.

We currently cannot ship to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Turkey.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN INDONESIA

We offer complimentary shipping in Indonesia - simply add an Indonesia Shipping address to your online order for Free Shipping, and add your WhatsApp number as the contact number for our our Team to co-ordinate your delivery with you.

LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Note: In any account that a package is lost in transit and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and we recommend that you follow up with the shipping courier to make a claim.

Note: In any account that a package is stolen from your doorstep or mailroom, we are not liable for the contents of the package and we recommend that you follow up with your local police department to report a theft. We do not offer refunds or store credits on lost or stolen items.

We are not responsible for lost/stolen parcels that were delivered while you were at work or on vacation. You are responsible for making sure that someone is home to receive your parcel or for arranging an alternative delivery option in your absence.
