Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our handmade business in Bali ♡

All Sale items, Flash Sale items and items purchased with a Promo Sale code are not eligible for return or exchange.

Swimwear & Intimates may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Eligible returns must be requested by email to within 7 days of receiving your order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return items must be returned unworn, with tags and in a re-saleable condition. 

Swimwear & Intimates must be returned with tags and hygiene strips intact.

Return items that have been worn, damaged, altered, stained or smelling of perfume will not be accepted.

For sanitary reasons, please try on Swimwear & Intimates over your underwear; we do not accept exchanges that are worn, soiled or stained.

Return shipping costs to our UK depo is at customer expense.  



Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

You may not cancel your order once it has been dispatched. 

If you refuse delivery in your country for any reason and request a refund, you will be responsible for all return costs incurred - including shipping costs and high Indonesia import duties. These return costs will be deducted from your available refund.

If you refuse delivery in your country and instruct the courier to return the shipment to Bali, there will be high import duties payable (60-75%) upon arrival in Indonesia. These duties will be deducted from your available refund. Our returns depo is in UK.



Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, you will receive an email notification of your refund or store credit details.

Refunds are usually paid within 7 days of receiving item back in saleable condition.

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received, but please allow up to 7 business days.

Please keep proof of postage and tracking on all returns.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Faulty Items

All Flook garments are hand made by local artisans in Bali using skills passed down through generations so every piece is completely unique.

Each piece is thoroughly checked by our Quality Control team before packing and shipping.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty garment, we require video proof that it arrived damaged. To register your complaint, please email us within 48hrs of delivery at with a video of you opening your parcel.

Please note that damage caused by wear and tear is not considered faulty.
