All orders are shipped out from Bali, Indonesia with DHL Express or EMS International. You will receive an automated email with tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Our office hours are :

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Saturday 9am-12pm.

We are closed on Sundays.

 

DHL Express

Delivery between 5-10 business days (shipping may take longer to remote areas)

EMS International

Delivery between 7-10 days

Note: In any account that a package is lost or stolen and you have not paid for shipping with insurance, we are not liable for the contents of the package and we recommend that you follow up with the shipping courier to make a claim. 

 

Customs

UK allows tax-free imports up to £135

USA allows tax-free imports up to the value of USD800

Australia/NZ allows tax-free imports up to the value of AUD1,000

Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on actual customs fees as each country has its own rules and regulation regarding importing goods. Please contact your local customs office for more details.

Pre-order

Pre-order Styles are usually shipped out within 2 weeks of placing your order.
If there are any delays to your order our Customer Service Department will inform you via email.
For further enquiries on delivery dates please await tracking info which will be sent to you via email once goods have been sent from our Bali Office.
