Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel a purchase. 

Online orders

You may cancel an order order that has not yet been fulfilled or shipped out yet. If the order has already been fulfilled, then you may not cancel the order, but you can request a return.

Pre-orders 

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect the full payment at checkout, and fulfill the order at a future date. 
You may cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then you may not cancel the order, but you can request a return for a refund.
